Usually Beatdisc would be having a huge celebration for Record Store Day, encouraging their friends and customers to come down on the day, pick up some RSD exclusives, do some digging and hang out. However 2020 has been very different year, and as such they will be doing very different things.
Using the special permission for Australia, they will be moving their RSD Drop exclusive items to online and phone sales only. From midnight Friday night you’ll be able to secure RSD items on their webstore, or from 9am Saturday morning you’ll be able to purchase RSD items over the phone.
They will open as normal on Saturday, but note they are enforcing a strict 5-person maximum store limit throughout the day, and are strongly discouraging customers from lining up in the morning and purchasing RSD items in-store. Stay home, jump on the webstore or give them a call. It’s the safest thing to do.

RSD Drops 2020 August 29th key info:
• Online sales from 12am (Midnight Friday night)
• Phone sales from 9am Saturday morning
• Limit of one copy of each title per person. Multiple titles can be purchased.
• Mail order to Australian addresses only
• Store pick up available, however we would encourage customers holding off and collecting at a later date
• Stay home if you can!
